Rainforest Scorpions are a great species to start your Scorpion-keeping journey.
Hardy and easy to keep in a humid rainforest-themed tank or terrarium.
These guys love living in compressed/compact niches like under flat bark or wood on the ground in the forest, or sometimes under the bark of fallen trees or lower trunks.
Feeds on 1-2 appropriately-sized crickets each week.

Current livestock is approx. 20mm long and can currently receive extra small crickets.
These animals are unsexed.

Please Note:
– All specimens shipped are captively bred and raised in our Blue Mountains Bug Lab.
– 100% Disease and Parasite Free.
– This species is venomous, however is not considered Dangerous / Lethal.
– Not recommended for young children.
– Handling is not recommended.
– These animals are nocturnal and you may not see them out during the day.
– We do not ship live animals or plant matter to Tasmania, WA or NT.

Environmental Requirements:
– Humidity levels of 65-90%
– Ambient Temperature Range of 18-25C,
– Damp substrate such as peat moss/sand blend.
– Flat pieces of bark or wood as hide-outs.
– Appropriately-sized live crickets for food.
